About The Instructor:Chip Perro has trained in traditional Shotokan Karate for over twenty years. He holds a black belt ranking with the Japanese Karate Association (JKA) in Tokyo, Japan. His training began at the age of six through SKIF in St. Paul, MN under the instruction of Sensei Glenna Burelson and Master Hirokazu Kanazawa, and he continued his training in Boston under the instruction of Sensei Eiji Toryu.Perro graduated from Harvard University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Humanities. He works as a screenwriter and film director, and has produced: Feature Films, Web-TV, Documentaries, Music Videos, and Commercials. Having a passion for Martial Arts action, and science fiction entertainment, much of Perro's film work involves complicated fight sequencing.
